Aladdin (Disney) Easter Egg - Two Hidden Mickeys

If you haven't heard of the Hidden Mickeys, you're missing out on something great. Tons of Mickey Mouse silhouettes, whether of the head or the whole body, are hidden in each movie Disney makes, as well as various merchandise and all kinds of other things. Here are two great Hidden Mickeys in Aladdin:

1. As the Whole New World piece begins and the carpet flies away from the tower, watch the trees below for a whole-body silhouette.

2. When Jafar is defeated and all of his spells are broken, frame-advance through Rajah the tiger's return to full size. For one frame, his head looks just like Mickey's. Seriously!

There are many others in this film and any other film Disney makes, cartoon or otherwise. There are even hidden Mickey's in movies that Disney doesn't make, including Star Wars: The Phantom Menace! Look for them!

There are hidden Mickeys at Disneyland as well. Example: In the Haunted House, where the ghosts are eating and dancing and you're looking down at them, there is a hidden Mickey in one of the place-settings: a dish with two saucers for ears. It was there the last time I was there, but it may have been changed since then.

Actually, there are a lot of Mickey Mouse heads in all of Disney's theme parks. In fact, if you were to look at MGM Studios from on top of the water tower with the mickey mouse ears on them, it's laid out exactly like Mickey's face.

Duh...Hidden Mickeys get changed a lot. I think Disney's just doing the hidden mickey stuff to keep their custumers happy and busy...such as three was one on a jeep at the Jungle Cruise...when it was gone shortly after (read that online)

Actually, the Hidden Mickey's thing started as a gag among the Imagineers and took off from there. It's a tradition. As from them changing, sure some do, but the majority remain constant unless something major happens like a refurbishment.

I saw the Rajah transformation a long time ago. I think its really cool because its not like the other hidden mickey siloettes. This is his actual face.

I thought the second one was really cute, but I couldn't find the first one. Also, in the second one, Jasmine looks like she's turning into a balloon or something of the sort. I noticed that and thought it was kind of funny.

There's another one in the game for sega genesis. in the second level, go to where the clothesline is. you'll see a bunch of clothe, and, low and behold, mickey mouse's ears. if you pause it when your head is right under it, you'll get an extra life. hope this helps.

Disney and Star Wars are connected. I'm not sure how exactly, but at Disneyland (not DisneyWorld), there is a ride called Star Tours, and it is meant to be Star Wars themed.
