From the Scene Index menu, scroll through the TV channels until you reach channel 30 (the final scene).

Press the down arrow, and the channel display will say "LOVE"

Press play, and the channel will change to "&"

Press play again, and the channel display will change to "45"

Press play one more time, and you'll see a short outtake of Gibby Haynes from the band B***hole Surfers dressed as Father Pecro (a role played by a different actor in a deleted scene.)
