Evil Dead II Easter Egg - Tom Sullivan

There's a lot of weird stuff in the book of the dead, isn't there?
Keep your eyes peeled in the very beginning of the movie, when the narrator talks about the Book. When the Necronomicon appears and the first page starts to write itself, try to pause the movie right as the first page finishes. If you look upside-down at the last lines of the book, the name Tom Sullivan is scrawled in blood. So what's the big deal? Well, Tom Sullivan was the chief animator for the movie, and worked on the Linda corpse dancing scene, as well as other memorable events. His name can be found in the credits.
Is Tom Sullivan supposed to be the author of the book of the dead? Or did he just give another piece of his handiwork a small autograph?
