Hard Boiled Easter Egg - John Who?

In the movie hard boiled, after one of the main gun fights where Chow's friend gets killed, Chow yun fat goes to a bar where he and that friend used to frequent. Inside, there is a man who consoles Chow Yun Fat. This man is infact the director John Woo making a cameo appearance. John is known for this technique and it can be seen in other movies.
