It is a little-known fact that when Disney animators produced the "tree surfing" stuff, they copied the body positions from a Tony Hawk skateboarding video.

Not so "little known". The trailer for the VHS version has a quick interview with one of the animators, who readily indicates his inspiration was skateboarding. Onyx

The trailer for this movie clearly states that the inspiration is from the animators' son and friends.

On the Disney movie surfers, they showed the creation of Tarzan and how the inspiration was taken from skate boarding legends SUCH AS Tony Hawk.

How is this an egg? It's also a well known fact that animator's derive inspiration for their drawings from other sources. An easter egg, by definition, is "any amusing tidbit that creators hid in their creations." It's amazing that this egg got through the bureaucracy.
