Born on the Fourth of July Easter Egg - Uncredited Reporter

Nothing too specific. I simply thought I'd point out that at one point in the movie "Born On the 4th Of July", Oliver Stone has an uncredited role in the movie as a TV Reporter, interviewing men who fought in Vietnam. I first noticed this one night when it was on TV, and my friend didn't believe me, but I assure you, it is him. However, I'm sketchy as to how far into the movie it is, and how others can find it.
