Transport Phenomena Easter Egg - School Spirit(s)

The most referenced egg from this book occurs in the Post-face, where the first letter of each paragraph spells out "ON WISCONSIN" which was, not surprisingly, the school most dear to the hearts of the authors.
My professor in mass-transfer mentioned this is passing, but it is, sadly, one of the only things I remember from his class. For those of you still considering a career, for God's sake, try to avoid the alluring siren-song that is chemical engineering!
