Yes, this is an easter egg, but it is a solid 4-5 minutes of hearing Kate Hudson say Leslie in every imaginable way using every possible emotion for so long that by the end you're thankful that it is over. If this was a deleted scene, I for one am more than happy that it was deleted. It would have seriously dragged down this incredible, beautiful film.
