In the beginning of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Jay and Bob are babies and they meet for the first time. The baby playing Silent Bob is really Kevin Smith's little baby GIRL. They had to dress her up as a little boy and stuff ravioli in her mouth to keep her "silent". (Because she kept crying)Thats why she had ravioli on her face.
