Osmosis Jones Easter Egg - Where Ron Howard Goes

Ron Howard, famed actor and director, does a brief voice cameo as Tom Colonic, a mayoral candidate who vows to "clean out the city of Frank". In one scene, while the current Mayor of Frank gives a speech to the city, the movie moves to Tom Colonic campaign headquarters where a group of his supporters listens to the address.

To the far left of the group, a caricatured version of Cliff Howard can be seen. As Cliff Howard is famed for appearing in almost all of Ron Howard's productions, it is a nice nod to that tradition.

Actually, his name is Clint Howard, and in addition to appearing in every Ron Howard film, he has appeared in practically every film period. He has actually appeared in more non-Ron Howard films than Ron Howard films.

When I saw the movie for the second time I noticed the "Clint" and I thought it was pretty funny, but never thought of it as an egg, I just thought it was intended to be noticed by a good number of viewers. Good for you to post this for us.
