Half Life: Blue Shift Easter Egg - More Interesting Pictures
Once you get a little bit into the game and you're in the locker room, there is another egg-eyed alien picture inside the broken stall. To see it you either have to "noclip" or you can stand on the working toilet seat in the stall next to it.
Also, the pictures posted inside your locker are *supposed to be* some of the developers.
