Truffaut, Francois Easter Egg - The Hitch Hitch
Truffaut was the first of the Nouvelle Vague directors to acknowledge Hitchcocks genius, to such an extent that, not only did he write a book on Hitch, but he also paid him the special tribute of adopting his cameo habit. Of the director's 21 films, I can distinctly remember only one (up to you guys to find the rest, but there are plenty more) example: the amusement park scene in 400 blows, where Truffaut is spinning with Antoine Doinel/Jean-Pierre Leaud.
