sevenelements.com Easter Egg - 404 Page Eggs

this is one the www.sevenelements.com web site (it's a design/hosting place). go to any page that doenst exist (say, www.sevenelements.com/blahblah )and look at the crazy 404 screen. This is hilarious in and of it self. But wait until that screen refreshs into a new one (about 5 seconds) about 404, what to do about broken links, etc. look at the far bottom right for a very very small hidden hyperlink.
This will reveal the true goals of this business :-)

While I know that eeggs.com general policy is to NOT include web sites in their database, I am so glad they made an exception in this case. This is hysterical!!!

OH NO! IT'S THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! And try a non-existing Angelfire link (i.e, angelfire.com/SHUTUPURRHWHYWONTTHEPOWERBUTTONMOVE), and some funny comments such as "Your lucky numbers today are: 4, 0, 4," and "Great, now you've gone and done it. You've broken the Internet. Way to go!"

That is not a typo, if you took the time to read it, they said they do webhosting not webhsoting, so you did not pick out a typo. Take some time to actually read stuff before you add comments.

This is the message that shows up in the source. dear Seven Elements, I would like to thank you for the wonderful support your team has provided. When I purchased a Web Site from you (at the most reasonable prices available), I never expected the level of support I got. When I was having trouble figuring out how to upload files to my site, a support technician got on a plane and came to my house, located in a different country than Seven Elements, that very same day. He spent a week in my home teaching me how to use your services, the interent, and computers in general. He also helped us finish that new patio, repave our driveway, and prepare our tax return. When we offered to pay him for his services, he told us that the $15.95 a month we were paying for our website was more than enough to deserve this kind of support. Sincerely, Juanita Dobbs 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 halloween.doc (SE Business Plan - - Y.E.O.) It has come to our attention that we have competition. AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! I tried to go to this web site, and it was unavailable. I tried going to it a little later, and it worked. Maybe just a fluke, or maybe it undergoes frequent construction. Anyway, awesome EEG! LMAO!

Angelfire 404 page not found messages: CDIV (Et tu, Angelfire?) Sometimes we like to get a little crazy and type in totally random URLs to see what happens. This is what happens. On the internet, no one can hear you scream. It looks like the typing class your cat is taking is not 100% successful. Missing: One Home Page. Apparently, this page is not compatible with any browsers. Some folks can see dead people - can you see dead pages? Great, now you've gone and done it. You've broken the Internet. Way to go! If at first you don't succeed, type, type again. If true happiness can only be achieved through a state of nothingness, you're going down the right path. It only takes one wrong letter to hold back this page, not a nation of millions. The page you wanted is taking a long lunch. If you're reading this, it means this page is no more. It's probably not your fault. The page you are looking for has spontaneously combusted. 'I remember when the internet only had a few pages, and they all worked' - 'Sure, Grampa...' Aliens must have abducted this page! Nothing to see here. Move along, buddy. The page you requested is taking a coffee break. Your lucky numbers for today: 4, 0, 4. If you had a nickel for each time you hit an incorrect URL, you'd be 5 cents richer right now. We sent this page to NASA for testing. This page is only viewable by Jimmy Hoffa, Amelia Earhart, Jim Morrison, 2Pac and Howard Hughes. We didn't do it. If someone makes a webpage and gives the wrong URL, does it really exist?

The sevenelements site has been closed down I think cos it won't work on my PC. But the angelfire ones are brilliant! I laughed out loud at those! I wish I had the html skills and the genius to have put something like that on my site!

Funny really, you'd have thought "This is an ex-page. It has ceased to be" would have been there! It just seems so obvious! But hahaha, it's my idea now so nobody can steal it!
