Urban Legends Easter Egg - Joshua Jackson and Rebecca Gayheart

I dont know if these are eggs or not but noone posted them so i'll just post them.

When Joshua Jackson's character is in the car w/ Alicia Witt (i dont remember their character names), he turns on the radio and the song "I dont want to wait" by Paula Cole comes on. That is the theme song for the show he's on, "Dawson's Creek".
Also, at the end of the movie, when several students are discussing the legend of what Rebecca's character did to Alicia, one student said "I heard she looks like that Noxema girl" when she was made famous from that Noxema commercial.

Due to, ummm... some odd circumstances (yeah, that's the ticket!) I only caught the last part of that movie, so I didn't hear the "I Don't Wanna Wait" cameo. I did see the "Noxema-schtick", though, and THAT was hilarious. I wondered if that was intentional or not.

both things happened, and both were intentional puns at the actor and actress respectively.

What I seem to notice about the people who post things on here is that these people don't seem to understand that directors will make parodies like this. You can finde this in many movies, especially comedies, I see them many times in horror movies too (but then again, most horror movies have comedic values to them).

If you listen carefully, when Josha turns off "I don't Wanna Wait," he says that he hates that song

Both happened, both intentional, both funny, and yes they are eggs, but who DIDN'T pick up on those eggs (unless you don't watch Dawson's Creek, gee imagine that).

This is nothing new, but I'm gonna say it anyway. Not only were they in "Urban Legend" together, but they were in Scream 2 together also.

Yeh, i agree - the directors actually put these things in the films ON PURPOSE. Only a few things that people post on this site are actually real mistakes.
