I know for a fact that this works when you choose manual transmission but have never tried automatic, well because lets face it cars with automatic transmissions are for old people for the most part. All you have to do is while you are driving, hit the gas pedal twice as quick as you can, holding it down on the second time. The front of your car will pop up and flames will spew from your tail pipes...there is no limit on how often you can do this per game. And as a bonus feature if you do it as you come to a jump your car will do back flips and give you bonus time/points.
