Doc Hollywood Easter Egg - Hidden Dig

Near the end of the movie, the characters played
by Bridgette Fonda and Woody Harrelson show up in
Hollywood. Bridgette Fonda's character wants to see movie stars and as they exit off camera, Bridgette asks Woody's character "Is that a star?"
Woody replies, "Naw, that's Ted Danson."

The joke was a done on one of the last days of filming. Ted Danson had stopped by to talk to the director before filming that scene. Woody's remark was just a joke added because of Danson's presence.
