American Pie Easter Egg - Blink 182 Cameo

During the whole internet scene, if you watch carefully, one of the groups watching the broadcast are none other than Blink 182 (who are also on the soundtrack), and you can also hear their song "Mutt" playing in the background during that scene.

There was a little mix up in the credits, Blink 182's ex drummer Scott Raynor was credited with being in the scene, when really it is their current drummer Travis Barker

Another don't blink moment...At Stifler's 1st party, he is with the girl in the bedroom. He gives her a cup of beer (and other stuff). The cup is clear. the next time they show it, the cup is blue. Don't know if it's intentional or not, but it's there.

If you have the DVD of this film, you can watch one of the extra things, I forget which one, but it tells about how they filmed it with the blue cup and then decided to change it to a clear cup. I guess they accidentally left one shot of the blue cup in the movie.

they show them several time and they are credited its not an egg. but the ex drummer scott who's was in 3 cd's was credited instead of travis so that was pretty cool my complements to the person who saw that.

You guys didn't know that? I don't know maybe because my sister is the BIGGEST blink fan on earth and she made me watch that 8 times when we rented it just to see blink. You know that both tom and mark get more then one line but Travis only says "holy sh*t" when everyone else does?

Um...not really an easter egg. Also, you can learn about the blue cup, clear cup switcheroo by listening to the commentary on the DVD!

This is just a little something I noticed, and it's pretty funny. If you watch the locker room scene, when OZ is singing, you see Stifler sitting down. Then you hear him say: :Dude, this cheerleader totally wants me, she called me up, and asked me for my number!" It doesn't really make sense, but that is why it is funny...I'm not sure why that was put in there though. But I think it's obvious it wasn't an accident. :)

that thing about stifler in the locker room it wasnt actually in the script, the actor was improvising and for some reasons the editors decided to keep it, and the blue cup-clear cup thing-they didnt think some people could handle seeing semen so they changed it to a blue cup after already shooting it a few times with the clear, and the blink thing wasnt an egg-they are credited
