Stobart, John Easter Egg - Rum Bottle
Stobart paints historical maritime scenes involving port cities and vessels from years back, usually 100 years ago or so. He paints a rum bottle into the scenes and it's intriguing. I have several prints--San Pedro, Newport, Lahaina, San Diego--and have seen at least 20 others, and there is a rum bottle hidden in the scene in each. It may be hard to find, but that's part of the fun--sometimes it is floating in the water, sometimes left on a bench--but it will be there, somewhere.
