When you get to the altar in El Dorado, drag a coin from Atlantis onto it. Then watch the fun! (Arthur has made a comment about the game "Whack-a-mole" earlier!)

After you insert the flint talisman into the triangular opening at the ‘Reflecting Pool’, push the heads in the right order, and drain the water into the opening to put out the fire; you will come upon the alter.
