Blade Runner Easter Egg - Shameless Plug

Simply enter the hysteria hall arcade, and look in the room with the hall of mirrors ENTRANCE- not exit. In the middle right of the screen, you can see c&c: red alert being played.

Uhh yes, as most would expect, there are also other games in the arcade... Have you found them too? Unless Blade Runner and the Command and Conquer series are made by the same company, I don't understand what the big deal is. Either way, I don't know how this is an egg.
