It seems to be a popular expression. Tom Waits uses it in "Pasties and a G-String" on his 1976 album, Small Change.

The funny part isn't that everybody including my grandmother knows those lyrics, but once during a music awards presentation way back, Ann Murray sang an elevator-music version of that song live on stage NO-KIDDING ! Something tells me she was the only one in the known universe who didn't know about that line in the original song !!! Why would a woman sing that song anyways ?!?! A cosmic riddle for sure ! haha

The phrase comes from Lucille Bogan's 1935 raunchy blues song "Shave 'Em Dry": "I got nipples on my titties big as the end of my thumb I got something between my legs, make a dead man come" This is the very sort of thing the creators of "C*cksucker Blues" would delight to drop into a song as a sly reference for those in the know.

This is not exactly relevant, but this song was suppose to be a 'theme' for Windows 95. I heard that it was too late before the release when this happened, though.
