Hot for Teacher (Van Halen) Easter Egg - Encoded Message on Board

After the verse that goes something like, "I wonder what the teacher is going to look like this year" the teacher comes in and walks from right to left. Notice the numbers on the chalk board behind her (stop looking at her). They are in a sine wave and read from right to left "Holy Sh*t"--use the "secret code" the letter "A" = 1 and letter "Z" = 26 (and so on in between). It takes a couple of shots at the board to write down all the numbers. I wonder who in the band thought this one up? Am I the only person who caught this?

Yup, it's absolutely true -- and officially noted by the band themselves. Check out Van Halen's homepage and sure enough they fess up to it (plus, you'll find some more trivia/eggs they have.)

Ha, that's one of the funniest things i've seen on this website(about tapmagoo complimenting himself)! I wouldn't have even noticed until I read that last comment. Even then I was like "what are you talking about?" Hats off to you tapmagoo!!
