Dune Easter Egg - David Lynch Cameo

In the scene where Duke Leto is flying a group to see spice being harvested, a worm comes to attack the harvester. When the Duke radios to the harvester for the workers to evacuate, the person who responds on the radio is David Lynch, the director of the film.
