Set your clock on the Dreamcast to 25th of December. You will see Santa Claus when walking around on the streets

That's not an easter egg, because Santa is there because it's Christmas. He's actually there weeks before Christmas. The game is setup to be a realistic world, so the game has real holidays just like real life. Jan 1st is new years day in shenmue as well.

This isn't an egg; it is part of the game. It starts on a winter's day and time passes like the real world. Then as Christmas approaches, the town has decorations and you see Santa. If you don't believe me, try playing the game with your dreamcast date set at 3rd May 2006. I bet Santa is still there!!!!!
