Pause the game, then hold L and press C-LEFT,
C-DOWN, C-RIGHT, C-LEFT, C-DOWN, C-RIGHT (TIMES 2). The screen will shake to confirm correct entry and a picture of a girl will appear.
For another picture, pause the game, then hold L and press DOWN on pad C-LEFT, C-UP.
