Yah, I've also heard that I think it's actually 'Oh Fuc* you Kenny.' I noticed that when I first got the CD

Actually you're both wrong. It's from an old Richard Pryor spoken word album. He says. "Oh F*** you can't even sing" The same clip is used in Busta Rhymes "Shimmy Shimmy Y'all."

What's even more interesting is that the "F*** you cant even sing" sample is also in the NOW (hits) CD - I think its NOW 2 - It may also be in the clean version of the self titled Sublime CD but I don't own one to know - someone help me out here...

its Richard Pryor, a band like Sublime would put in Richard Pryor over some non sensical rambling

I have all the "NOW's" and it is on Now 2. All the nows play clean versions of everything, and 1 day iwas listening to it, and i noticed "The F Word." But i thought i must be crazy since it supposed to be clean. But now I'm glad I heard it from other people as well.

Its not a Richard Pryor quote. In the beginning of the What I Got demo(which is available on many bootlegs) Brad says "F*** You Kenny". However, MCA did not allow this, so band lowered the volume when they recorded the final version of the song. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. And a band like Sublime would not put Richard Pryor quotes in their songs. They perfered real-life jibberish recorded on the streets by random people.

I was priviledged enough to be brought up on Richard Pryor. The phrase is "I don't want to f-ck you, You can't even sing." Mr. Pryor was saying it very fast and with a stuck up woman voice. This is from his 1974 recording "That Nigger's Crazy". He was talking about how it was hard to get laid back in his younger days with all the doo-wop bands on every street corner.

Its definatley true that this is Richard Pryor. Sublime always puts these kind of samples into their music. This is not an egg. It's clearly audible.
