1.Go to driving range
2;wait up for the the guy that picks up the balls
3;hit him a couple times
4; and KABOOM !!! hes dead.

I don't know if it's different in the Playstation version, but in the Windows 98 version, you can hit that ball a million times-the range cart guy won't show up. You have to hit Esc, then click "Clear Range"-the range cart will show up on the left side and stay out there forever. Even if you make the cart explode, it will show up on the left side again.(At least I think, cause that's what happened when I blew it up.) (And on a side note, you have to hit it exactly three times to blow it up each time.)
