Storm of the Century Easter Egg - Where's Stephen?

I'm not really surprised I didn't already see this one out here. I didn't catch it the first time I watched. Stephen almost always does a cameo in his movies. Such as the guy driving Nadine to see mother Abagile in Stand.

Stephen's role in this one is an evangelist on the television at the beginning of the movie. After Andre kills Martha Clarindon and smashes her TV - he starts watching the broken television. There is Stephen, right after the weather.
