In one of the Bart at the chalkboard bits you see Bart writing

I am not a thirty year old woman (a bunch of times)
It turns out that the voice of Bart is done by a thirty year old woman, her name escapes me.

You are incorrect, Mr. "she also does the voice for Chucky on Rugrats." Maybe she might sound like Chucky (not really) or maybe you just wanted to sound smart. But the fact is, Christine Cavanaugh does that voice, Turbo.

Yeah, well, Christine Cavanaugh does have some cool trivia attached to her. She was the "DNR" officer on Nickelodeon's Salute Your Shorts, with the kids at the summer camp. Not related to Simpsons, but hey...

Yep, Christine Cavanaugh is pretty cool. She is off the subject, but she also did the voice for Babe the talking pig.

Well..... I have to say that whoever does the voice of Chucky from Rug rats is NOT the same person who does Babe ! That woman's name is E.G. Daily,who DOES do Tommy in Rug rats.E.G. does numerous cartoon voices and has been in many movies and shows.

Yes, Christine Cavanaugh was the voice of Babe, BUT so was E.G. Daily - in the sequel Babe Pig in the City. E.G. (Elizabeth) was also Pee Wee's girlfriend in Pee Wee's Big Adventure, and sang the theme to Better Off Dead

Nancy Cartwright, who does the voice of Bart Simpson also stared in one of the Twilight Zone movies. The one where the kid gets everything he wishes for; his big sister with the braces and blonde hair (that he wishes into a cartoon) is miss Cartwright.

E.G. Daily also appeared in the "Friends" episode "The One With Phoebe's Ex-Partner" (ep 3.14) as, um, Phoebe's ex-partner, Leslie. She was a ditzy blonde just like Pheebs, and by the end of the episode she had stolen "Smelly Cat" (surley overdue for a Grammy by now?) to use in a kitty litter commercial. Just thought I would add that since no-one else had mentioned it! Byeeeeee!!!!
