7. enolagay - Atom Bomb, destroys all mechs
8. xray - image enhancement that sees through everything
9. icanthackit - End mission successfully
10. register with "Freebirthtoad" play any of 16 missions

Actually, it does (at least on all 3 versions I've tried). You enter "Freebirthtoad" as your Sibko identity, then go to the ready room. There you'll see several words floating above the MechLab. Click on one of those to start the mission it corresponds to.

I remember this from a long time ago, so it may not be completely correct. Go to the mech lab and customize it. Take off all weapons, armor and get the lowest engine possible. Then take off all your heat sinks. You will soon be able to get negative heat sinks. Use this to make a 'mech with unlimited weight, but take note: you have to type in the no heat cheat code while the game is loading. if you don't then your heat sinks will make heat and you won't be able to do anything.
