I agree with V_nome. Sissy actors complaining to the Director is definitely not and egg. As for the reference to Nigel Dick - I thought he was a music video director, not a video game director.

Ummmm... ok... I don't see where you are going with this. Since when do video games have directors? You must be thinking of programmers. Yes, Nigel Dick is a music video director (no video games). I will try to find out if "Nigel" is somehow related to the game, but for now, I am going to say: The characters were "acting out" their role in the game, as if a cameraman actually had to record them. I think they said Nigel because whoever made that commercial thought that it would be funny (I personally thought it was hilarious when i first saw it).

Yes, video games DO have directors. I have worked with game developers before. If you play some games, you will notice a Director title assigned to someone, along with Producer, Assistant Producer, etc. Mind you, this isn't in every game, but some have them.
