If you use a a program like Winamp, or any music program that shows track titles. Then play the silent tracks (19-46 or on some, 17-44). Write down the names of the tracks (all are one letter or number)
It spells out Tracks 19 Thru 46 Are Just Silence.

In addition, there are 47 tracks before the hidden one because the 47th chromosome is the one that causes Downs Syndrome (as explained by Lupus in some interview); a typical slice of Bloodhound trivia, something that requires both the most geeky brain to know and care about and the most puerile sense of humour to make fun of it. :-)
