Aladdin (Disney) Easter Egg - Artist's Initials

At the very end of the movie, when the genie lifts up the film, look to the right, there is a pink circle with the letters B and G. These are the artist's initials.

Considering the Genie's lifting up the "cels" that make up the shot, I think the "BG" denotes the background level. I worked at ananimation studio that labelled art levels like that...

What you are seeing in the end is the shadow of the genie on the white background. The shadow is pink and if you use your imagination, you can see a B and G, but it's not really there.

BG simply means "Back Ground)
