1) Go into the game.
2) Play a game.
3) Go to the mech bay.
4) Hit the second light on the upper right.
5) Now you should see all of the programmers at
Outreach starport!

Once you get in and see the programmer's if you click on most of them there will be some personal messages about the game and E-mail addy's so you can write them.
