Danny, Doody, Sonny, and Putzie ditch Kenickie to go get pizzas. When they arrive at the pizza stand, the girl serving the pizzas is John Travolta's sister Ellen Travolta. She also appears as a waitress watching Danny and Sandy dance on TV.

Don't forget that not only is his sister in the movie, but his mom is as well. She is the one saying, " Look!. It's Sandy," when she sees them on the TV. John Travolta liked getting his family in the movies with him and usually found a way to do it.

ever notice how danny's nose twists sideways after he says, "it's just a little drive-in dust..." okay...it wasn't anything super-secret or hidden. just weird looking.

Where is this pizza scene? The guys simply walk off (Danny isn't with them, by the way), and the next time we see all the T-birds is the next day working on Kenickie's car. The only two times they even go to a fast food place is for the T-birds meeting (where Danny and Sandy talk at the jukebox--no one serves them there) and the night that Frenchie dyes her hair pink. The only waitress shown serving them at the Frosty Palace is Vi. Oh, and Ellen Travolta is John Travolta's sister (the one watching the dance off)...I'm not sure if his mother Helen was in Grease.

Yup, Ellen is his sister. I just saw "Swordfish" starring John Travolta and about 3 of his family members are in the movie playing hostages.

Why are people debating John Travolta's sisters name? The person who put the egg out was right anyway, so just leave it alone.

I read somewhere that his sister (Ellen) says 'Look, there's Sandy and Danny' when they're on tv, and his mother (Helen) is talking to Frenchie right before she see's Frankie Avalalon in the restaurant thing.

This scene is nowhere in the movie!! And Kinickie is the one that ditches them (with Rizzo) and all they say is "Come on, guys let's go get some pizza." However, there is a waitress that serves Sandy and Danny their burgers on their...erm..."date"...she says a mere one line like "What'll you have?" Or something like that...I'm not sure if it's her or not. I do know she IS the one that says "Look, Sandy and Danny!" While they're watching the dance competition. Hope I helped!

Ellen Travolta is John's sister. His mother Helen played the lady in the paint store waiting for the paint at the beginning when he was "strutting" in Saturday Night Fever. He tells her he will give her a discount since he took so long. As for pizza, his sister Ann played the pizza girl in Saturday Night Fever when he was "strutting" at the beginning and stopped for a slice of pizza on his way back to the paint store. All this takes place at the beginning when Staying Alive is playing.
