When Riggs and Murtaugh's family are all gathered around to watch Rianne's commercial, Tales From the Crypt is on. That is because the producer and director, Richard Donner, also produced and directed Tales From the Crypt.

They also chose that specific episode for a reason. If you look at the woman that they show for a second on the screen you'll recognize her as the psychologist that Riggs(Mel Gibson) likes to harass and annoy. This is a real episode as well, not just something they made up for cameo purposes.
