The city that has escaped your mind is called Winhill, and you don't fight in itm you fight around it. If you equip Diablo's Enc-None, it will speed up your encounter rate with the ufo. Good luck.

This is all part of an elaborate quest to get a rare card. There are four UFOs to find. To see them easily, you should turn on Diablos' ENC-NONE ability. Here's the sites: 1) Winhill Village 2) Timber, Mandy Beach 3) Eshtar, Kashkabald Desert (need Ragnarok) 4) Trabia, Health Peninsulsa (the site is on a small island off the coast) After you've seen all of the UFOs, fly Ragnarok to the cliff above the Chocobo Holy Forest at Grandidi Forest. Walk around until you confront UFO. You can draw Demi & something else from it. Beat UFO and somehow obtain 5 Elixers or Megalixers (modify the Angelo or Bahamut cards). Go to Balamb Crater (where Balamb Gardan was before it could fly) and walk around until you see PuPu. You can draw Curaga, Firaga, Thundaga, and Blizzaga from it. There's now 2 things you can do. If you kill it (not hard since it only has 10 HP) you will get an Accelirator (GF learns Auto-Haste ability). Or if you give it 5 Elixers, you will get his card. It is on page 5 between the Chimera and Elastoid. His card has a 3 on top, A on right, 1 on left, and 2 on bottom. It refines into 1 Hungry Cookpot (GF lears Devour ability- a humerous attack that rarely hits and is usually useless because it rarely hits; ive only gotten it to hit once). Hope this helps you. -Khameleon

This is not an egg, but a very special 'quest', this UFO appears several times, one, carrying a cow, another carrying a head, another time carrying a pyramid and another carrying an artifact, if you succeed to find it, then you can go to the forest south of trabia and found the actual UFO, fight it, then return to Balamb where the garden had place, and you'll a Pupu (the alien itself) you can choose to fight him (and receive a nice item) or help him (bi giving him 5 elixirs) and have a VERY nce item. B.T.W. The UFO appears in different locations :)

Oh, I just remembered this: if you have the Card ability Junctioned (Quetzacotl learns it, or you can modify 10 Shumi Tribe cards to get an item that teaches Card), you can just use that on PuPu to get his card and not waste 5 exilers. Cool, eh? -Khameleon

Well, to tell you the truth it isn't a UFO. U all watch wayyy too much X-Files. In reality, where most of us stay put, its meerly a test that the Chinese and Japanese governments have given us. You ALL failed miserably! Soon, you will become enslaved by your alter lifestyle filled with UFO's and Sasquatch. Trust No one, expect the Chinese and Japanese who are still sore from WWII. TTFN

Devour isn't as useless as it may seem--you can use it to improve your stats by devouring certain monsters. Here's the list I remember: Adamantoise--Vit+1 Malboro--Spr+1 Ruby Dragon--HP+10 T-Rex--Str+1 Behemoth--Mag+1 You have to weaken the monsters before you get a decent chance of making it work--if you trim them down so that they have fewer hit points than the Devouring character, it almost always work. I like using Demi and the Moomba-summoning item, Friendship, because they don't kill the target. Friendship is particularly nice, as it reduces the target to 1 HP (it maxes out at 9999 HP, though).

If you don't want the one of a kind Pupu card you can kill pupu for a accelerator p.s if you go to Deling city, go into a house where a boy is waiting outside. when he goes in follow him. after there is an argument look where the bone is on the painting. If you go to that screen you will find a dog. look under its bone for a item. You can do this three times.

I beg to differ - this is an Egg! In the one where the UFO is carrying the head, look closely - it's a picture of a carved wooden head statue as are found on... EASTER ISLAND! Ergo this is an excellent Easter Egg.

I thougth I'd share this with you. Whilst playing FF8 for the 2nd time I decided to rename Angelo 'Bum'. Imagine the hilarity when Bum came to the rescue with the ever elusive Bum Rush technique.
