Grand Theft Auto 3 Easter Egg - Cone Man

As you are coming out of the bridge heading to shoreside vale, turn left to the airport and continue down the road. Go up the stairs near the subway. There's a statue of a man on a horse with a flag. Look at his head.

This is a reference to the Wellington Statue in Glasgow (in Scotland) that has had a traffic cone on its head for nearly 30 years. Rockstar North (the developers of GTA 3) are based in Scotland.
