Do this for a mission with Lance.
So you grab a bike & ride to Viceport. Ride around I think it's the pay N spray block, but i'm not sure. Look for a narrow, steep flight of steel steps runnung up the side of a factory or something. Ride up them onto the roof and go full speed off the ramp at the far end.
A slo-mo insane stunt camera thingy will show from the side with a bilboard near the bike. If you've seen the movie ET you might get a laugh out of it. Happy Hunting!
