We all know of the classic scene from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" where, despite horrible maims, the Black Knight responds, "'Tis merely a flesh wound!"
There is a reference in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attourney, after Angel Starr's Testimony of how Goodman was stabbed and killed, Ema will turn to Phoenix and state: "It's only a mere flesh wound" despite the fact it was a major injury.
