If you stand in the creek on Beaver Creek facing the red base, go left and go up where the sniper spawns. Go to the right of it and there should be three rocks. Push them from their original spot, stand facing where you can see the whole map and look where the rocks were. It reads "Niper," possibly short for "Sniper."
