Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes Easter Egg - Otacon plays a Gamecube?

After you have fought the Ninja and watched/skipped the cutscenes that followed, have a look around Otacon's lab. You should notice a purple Nintendo Gamecube and a Wavebird wireless controller on one of the desks. On the TV next to it the screen shows the Gamecube main menu (unless the TV was damaged during the fight). This is of course a reference to the fact that the game is being played on a Gamecube.

This is similar to an easter egg found in the same spot in the original Metal Gear Solid in which a Sony PlayStation and a PlayStation controller are there, a reference to the fact that the game is for the PlayStation.
