Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Easter Egg - Radio Changing

This egg isn't all that exciting and i stumbled across it by chance.
Firstly, in GTA 3 pay attention to most of the radio adds. Then, play Vice City and change the radio stations, causing it to briefly have a second of frequency changing while also having a tiny bit of audio.
That tiny bit of audio is in fact radio ads from GTA 3. The one that stands out is a lady saying something, this can be found in GTA 3.
