Go to the level "Welcome to Planktonopolis... minions" level and go near the ledge overlooking the lava pit, and then drop to the ledge below you, go along the ledge on the castle wall, and you will find an alcove. Go in to find a series of messages being displayed with information in individual boxes saying about Heavy Iron's times to do the Car/Bathtub levels. These times are- Sandwich driving 101- 2:37.
