Soldier of Fortune II Easter Egg - Creator's Girlfriend?

On the level where John goes to the firing range, inside there is a room with a security officer holding a clipboard. You can't get into the room because the door is locked, so using the "noclip" cheat, go in the room and look at the clipboard. There's a picture of a woman on it, and on the bottom left corner of the clipboard is a tag that appears to say "I Love You". The words were blurry, so I'm not sure if that's what it says. Anyone know who this mystery lady is?
