Raimi, Sam Easter Egg - 'The Classic'

Same Raimi's family car, a 1973 Oldsmobile Delta Royale that he refers to as 'the classic', appears in every one of his films. It was Ash's car in 'The Evil Dead' series, it was Darkman's car, and most recently it provided transport for Peter Parker's Uncle Ben in Spiderman. In fact, you can see Spiderman do a backflip onto it's hood in the trailer. It even appeared in a split-second cameo in 'The Quick and the Dead', despite the movie's western timefrime! Another feature in almost all Raimi movies, Bruce Campbell (Ash from Evil Dead) describes why there are now three 'Stunt Classics':

“Sam has money so he has four of them, just in case I destroy the other three. Right now, he keeps sending duplicates around town thinking I’ll destroy them and leave his alone.”
