Princess Diaries, The Easter Egg - Lilly and Charlotte

Right after Queen Clarisse lectures Mia on her behavior at the Baker Beach party the scene falls upon the school showing one of the buildings which is named "Lilly and Charlotte Grove Building". Director Garry Marshall named the building after his two granddaughters (both of which have a small appearance in the movie as the two little girls in Jeremiah's lap asking for Princess Mia's autograph)

"Nepotism belongs in the arts, not in plumbing." Garry Marshall is notorious for nepotism. His daughter is Charlotte Cutaway in PD and PD2, his son plays Shades in PD2, his son's son is the baby that Shades walks down the aisle with is PD2, etc. It's true that he's not the only one who doesn't it, but he's notorious for it. I'm not just talking about the PD movies either. Also, Anna Hathaway's cousin/assistant is in at least two of her movies. I know for sure she's in PD and Ella Enchanted. Julie Andrews' daughter and granddaughter are in PD2. All of these are said in the audio commentaries for each film. The granddaughters in PD are mentioned in the commentary. It's not an egg if it's acknowledged by anyone involved in the making of the film.
