Cannibal ! The Musical Easter Egg - Hidden Sequence
Select the "Tromatic Appetizers" option at the main menu. Select the Troma Studios tour, then wait until the next menu appears. Highlight the "Theatrical Releasing" option, then press Left to highlight the Hollywood sign. Press Enter to view a hidden sequence.
