When Harry Met Sally Easter Egg - Museum Scene

Everyone probably knows this one already, but here goes...In the museum scene, Billy Crystal is saying "waiter, there is too much pepper on my poppy kosh (sp.), and Meg Ryan repeats it. That was supposed to be the end of that little bit. However, Billy added "but I would be proud to partake of your pecan pie". Meg Ryan starts laughing nervously, and quickly looks to the side, supposedly at the director to find out how to handle this improvization. He motions for her to go on, and she plays along with Billy's line.
