Young Frankenstein Easter Egg - Mel Brooks's Vocal Cameo

In the scene where Dr. Frankenstein (Gene Wilder) and Inspector Kemp (Kenneth Mars) are playing darts, Frankenstein misses the dartboard and the sound of a screeching cat can be heard off-camera. The cat's voice was supplied by none other than director Mel Brooks! (He confirms this on the audio commentary track of the DVD)

Mel Brooks also supplies the voice of a werewolf in that same film.

Am i really the only one that recognized one of Mel's other cameos, as the little girl's father? You know, the girl that the Monster was on the see-saw with.

In the shot where The Blind Man spills soup on the Monster, the 'hand' spilling the soup is actually that of Director Mel Brooks. Ironically, another Director Mel(Gibson)'s hand appears on film - holding the crucifixion spike in The Passion Of The Christ.

Chris, this is a copy and paste of IMDb.com for Young Frankenstein: Anne Beesley ... Helga, Girl at Well Michael Fox ... Helga's Father it wasnt Mel Brooks.
